Own the strategic direction and long term roadmap of a global Workday platform, ensuring it evolves in line with business growth and operational priorities

Act as the senior bridge between HR, Finance, and Technology leaders, translating business needs into scalable Workday solutions across HCM and Financials

Lead system configuration, releases, integrations, and enhancements while ensuring strong governance, change management, and documentation

Oversee system performance, user experience, training, and support while staying ahead of Workday updates and industry best practices

Build and develop a high performing Workday team, fostering strong process ownership, technical depth, and stakeholder partnership
