Responsibilities
Support commercial litigation matters from case inception through trial
Lead and assist with trial preparation, including exhibits, witness files, trial binders, and courtroom logistics
Manage and coordinate e-discovery (document review, productions, databases, and vendors)
Assist attorneys during trials, hearings, depositions, and mediations
Prepare and manage pleadings, motions, subpoenas, and discovery responses
Organize expert materials, demonstratives, and trial technology
Keep cases running smoothly in fast-paced, deadline-driven litigation
Qualification
Required
5+ years of heavy commercial litigation trial experience (law firm required)
Proven trial prep and in-court support experience
Strong e-discovery background and comfort with litigation databases
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Calm under pressure and confident in high-intensity trial environments
A true team player who takes ownership and anticipates attorney needs
