Responsibilities
Stage the production floor to prepare for concrete precast mold creation
Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet standards
Lift and move products weighing up to 75 lbs
Transport finished products to shipping docks or designated outdoor areas
Qualification
Required
Experience in general labor or construction
Ability to read and interpret a tape measure accurately
Strong physical capability for lifting and moving heavy items
Preferred
Experience in construction or a related field is a plus
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Possess a positive attitude and strong attendance record
Eagerness to learn and adapt
