Business Systems & Intelligence Coordinator

Fairchild Equipment is a growing company focused on providing excellent customer service and support. They are seeking a Business Systems & Intelligence Coordinator to manage ERP support, user authorizations, and data accuracy while assisting in documentation and reporting tasks.

Responsibilities

Serve as Tier 1 support for ERP and business systems tickets, resolving user issues or escalating as appropriate
Manage ERP user authorizations, including provisioning, deprovisioning, and periodic access audits
Perform data entry, validation, and cleanup activities across ERP modules to ensure data accuracy
Assist in documenting standard operating procedures (SOPs), workflows, and system changes
Generate, update, and validate standard or custom reports, dashboards, and metrics for management
Prepare meeting notes, summaries, and project tracking reports for the Director
Support employee onboarding and offboarding activities within business systems
Monitor daily automation processes and assist in troubleshooting minor failures or errors
Maintain organized, up-to-date internal documentation, system records, and project files
Makes suggestions on improving work procedures
Willingness to take on additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Director of Business Systems & Intelligence

Required

Valid insurable driver's license
Travel up to ten percent (10%) annually
Excellent communication skills
Ability to manage and multi-task multiple projects at one time and in an efficient and timely manner
Adapt and work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work under pressure, shift priorities in a changing environment, and self-direct with good business judgments
Strong attention to detail, time management, and follow-through
Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Excel, Outlook, and Teams
Ability to troubleshoot user issues and provide effective communication
Excellent documentation and administrative coordination skills
Ability to work overtime and have flexibility to accommodate the needs of the position
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
2+ years of experience in ERP support, operations, or business systems roles required

Preferred

Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, E-Emphaysis, etc.) preferred
Exposure to workflow automation is a plus
