Responsibilities
Managing pre-litigation tasks: correspondence, client communication, record and bill requests, and demand preparation
Supporting litigation efforts: drafting pleadings, managing disclosures/discovery, scheduling, and filing court documents
Participating in weekly team meetings to collaborate, brainstorm, and ensure every case stays on track
Maintaining detailed documentation and tracking time in Clio with professionalism and precision
Qualification
Required
Experience as a paralegal in personal injury law
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage pre-litigation tasks including correspondence, client communication, record and bill requests, and demand preparation
Experience supporting litigation efforts such as drafting pleadings, managing disclosures/discovery, scheduling, and filing court documents
Proficiency in maintaining detailed documentation and tracking time in Clio
Ability to participate in weekly team meetings to collaborate and ensure cases stay on track
Demonstrated qualities of being humble, hungry, and smart
Strong emotional intelligence and professionalism in communication
Commitment to client care and understanding the impact of work on people's lives
