Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end in-center activations and event logistics across Grifols Plasma donation centers, ensuring seamless execution and superior donor experience
Align activation strategies with specific center needs, tracking performance and optimizing marketing impact at a local level
Develop and implement initiatives based on local insights, collaborating closely with center managers to achieve strategic goals
Provide hands-on execution of "boots on the ground" strategies, ensuring flawless implementation and consistent brand messaging
Identify, prospect, and negotiate local alliances, managing relationships with businesses to drive plasma center growth

Required

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
8+ years of proven experience in field marketing, event management, or local activations, preferably within healthcare or multi-location retail

Strong influence, negotiation, and leadership skills with a track record of effective team management (6+ employees)
Ability to travel up to 50% for center visits, showcasing adaptability and dynamism in a fast-paced environment
