Responsibilities
Answering the phone to assist customers with their concerns, or take a message to pass onto the appropriate team member so they can call the customer back
Acting as the go-between for the client and underwriters / lenders when there are any concerns with your assigned accounts
Working to assist our sales department with ongoing management of client accounts
Directly manage assigned operational support staff to issue COIs and other documents
Updating databases, checklists, and processes as updates are made to the systems they reference
Qualification
Required
Reliable high-speed Internet Access
Office area capable of being used for phone calls without excess echo or background noise
Webcam equipped computer for occasional team calls
At least 2 years of P&C insurance experience - bonus for experience in commercial roles
At least 2 years of insurance AM experience
Comfortable using the google business suite of products (gmail, chat, drive, etc)
Comfortable calling strangers, and speaking with clients when necessary
Ability to work independently and remotely, with strong organizational and time-management skills
Preferred
Vertafore Suite (AMS360) experience is preferred but not required
