Program Lead Monitoring Specialist VI (Job 2913)
The Arizona Supreme Court is seeking a Program Lead Monitoring Specialist VI to work in the Adult Probation Services Division. The role involves providing support for GPS monitoring across 15 counties, managing inventory, training staff, and serving as a liaison with vendors.

Responsibilities
Communicating with officers about alerts to ensure they are addressed
Creating and revising tracking systems
Managing statewide inventory and distributing equipment
Monitoring community notification levels
Serving as a liaison between county staff and vendor
Tracking cases in vendor software
Providing technical assistance to officers on installs and removals
Tracking eligible cases
Reviewing and approving invoices
Collecting and reporting on monthly statistics and intercounty and interstate cases
Reconciling invoices with county probation department data
Providing annual statewide training on relevant statutes and policy
Training county staff as requested
Assisting with other electronic monitoring projects
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in criminal justice
Five years of related experience, or an equivalent combination
Extensive knowledge of probation supervision requirements, Arizona Revised Statutes, court orders, Arizona Code of Judicial Administration (ACJA), Administrative Orders, and Administrative Directives as they relate to probation supervision and GPS monitoring
Expertise in fieldwork with probation electronic monitoring systems
Ability to work effectively with personnel from other agencies, assist on committees, and participate in collaborative efforts to plan and support initiatives
Strong communication and presentation skills, including effective verbal and written communication and exemplary attention to detail
Effective project management experience and skills, such as working independently, setting priorities, and monitoring time and deadlines
Demonstrated proficiency in various tracking databases, information technology, the internet, and Microsoft products
Experience as an Arizona Probation or Surveillance officer within the Arizona Judicial System
Knowledge of Arizona GPS systems and databases
Direct experience tracking electronic monitoring programs
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
