Responsibilities
Lead the day-to-day execution of roofing projects across your district. Ensure safety, quality, and speed in every build
Coach and mentor Project Leads and Operations Admins to become elite performers. Build accountability, hustle, and pride into the culture
Own licensure, permitting, and compliance across your market. Make data-driven decisions to keep every site running on time and on budget
Work cross-functionally with Sales, Claims, and Executive Leadership to deliver results that exceed expectations
Source, develop, and maintain top-tier crews who reflect Premier’s quality standards
Qualification
Required
5+ years in construction, operations, or project management
Ability to lead day-to-day execution of roofing projects
Experience in coaching and mentoring teams
Ability to make data-driven decisions
Experience in managing licensure, permitting, and compliance
Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Claims, and Executive Leadership
Experience in sourcing and maintaining subcontractor relationships
Strong organizational skills and proactive problem-solving abilities
Ability to lead with humility, clarity, and consistency
Ability to adapt quickly and own results
Strong communication skills to bring clarity and accountability
Preferred
GC license holder
Fluent in Spanish
