Responsibilities
You will coordinate with plant teams to implement competitive output standards, drive required changes, and hold teams accountable for results
You will lead and support plants in conducting Industrial Engineering studies to determine the most efficient sequences of operations and workflows, maximizing utilization of production facilities and personnel while ensuring workplace safety
You will analyze current manufacturing footprint utilization to identify and prioritize opportunities to reduce Total Delivered Cost (TDC) through the implementation of output standards
You will develop, implement, and sustain action plans that drive measurable improvements in plant performance
You will support, sustain, and continuously improve manufacturing methods by benchmarking performance and sharing best practices across plants
You will develop studies and prepare project documentation for growth and capability expansion initiatives
You will engage with plant and regional leaders to manage, communicate, and present strategies and key initiatives
Qualification
Required
You have a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related engineering discipline
You have 3+ years of experience leading or supporting Industrial Engineering–related projects within a manufacturing environment
You have experience implementing output standards in manufacturing operations
You have experience leading projects and driving change management initiatives
You have strong knowledge of Industrial Engineering tools, including capacity analysis, cycle time studies, manning definition, and layout design (e.g., AutoCAD)
Preferred
You can work effectively across all levels of the organization, from hourly team members to executive leadership
You have knowledge and experience establishing, monitoring, and improving output standards
You demonstrate the ability to guide and mentor others and show developing leadership capability
