Responsibilities
Build Relationships: Actively engage with salons, stylists, and beauty professionals to introduce and educate them about Vitha Hair Care products
Promote Products: Demonstrate the unique benefits and effectiveness of Vitha Hair Care products to salon owners and stylists, highlighting how they can enhance salon services
Sales Development: Drive sales by securing new accounts and maintaining strong relationships with existing ones. Focus on converting leads into long-term customers
Product Training: Provide product knowledge and training to salon staff, ensuring they are equipped to incorporate Vitha Hair Care products into their service offerings
Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify opportunities and potential challenges
Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets by actively pursuing sales opportunities, following up on leads, and leveraging existing relationships
Customer Support: Offer excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring product satisfaction
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the beauty or hair care industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
A passion for beauty, hair care, and wellness with a genuine interest in helping salons succeed
Self-motivated and target-driven, with a proven track record of exceeding sales goals
Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and handle a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of the salon industry and its needs is a plus
A valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation for travel to salons and events
