Responsibilities
Managing operational workflows (40% of the work): testing tools (mostly AI) to improve efficiency and automation, using coworking software to manage memberships, sending out proposals, assisting with event management
Office management and upkeep (60% of the work): ordering snacks and creating an automated workflow, stocking the pantry/toiletries, brewing fresh pot of coffee, managing mail and storage room
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational skills for keeping things organized
Hustler mentality; no job is too big or too small
Problem-solving and proactive mindset; you raise issues but also suggest solutions
Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, innovative workspace
Strong work ethic; we work hard and expect you to do the same
Based in NYC full-time
Being enrolled in college is not required if you're pursuing entrepreneurial ventures
