Responsibilities
Stand up and own the complete program governance model, cadence, and artifacts
Maintain program scope, critical path, WBS, milestones, and executive dashboards
Run Steering Committees, Program Reviews, CCB, and cross-workstream governance rituals
Ensure alignment among IT teams, functional SMEs, business leadership, and offshore resources
Manage and resolve political blockers through structured escalation paths
Coordinate across OTC, P2P, Supply Chain, Finance, MDG, and Integration teams
Ensure upstream/downstream dependencies are owned, monitored, and executed
Run end-to-end process reviews to validate integration across functional domains
Partner deeply with technical teams (Basis, Development, Functional) while keeping governance strong
Build and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (MS Project)
Own RAID logging, dependency management, and go/no-go readiness reviews
Oversee mock cycles (timelines, validation, risk mitigation)
Support cutover planning, testing strategies, and deployment readiness
Ensure workstreams deliver against scope, quality, and timeline commitments
Present clear, concise program status to executives and senior leadership
Facilitate alignment conversations when teams disagree on approach or scope
Maintain transparency and drive decision-making through structured governance
Qualification
Required
10+ years of Program/Project Management with enterprise ERP transformation experience
Direct SAP S/4HANA program leadership (not only track-level)
ECC → S/4 migration experience (mock cycles, cutover readiness, integration validation)
Strong functional understanding of OTC, plus familiarity with P2P, MDG, and Finance dependencies
Ability to drive alignment across teams with conflicting views (e.g., custom code vs. standardization)
Deep experience running enterprise governance: RAID, decision logs, dependency maps
Critical path management
Integrated Master Scheduling (MS Project)
Change control & scope alignment
Experience working with offshore teams; must be available for 7–9am ET meetings consistently
Executive-level communication and the ability to manage political blockers through structured escalation
Ability to build governance frameworks in lean or low-maturity environments (no existing dashboards, processes, or tooling)
