Graphic Designer - Marketing
Loot Labs is on a mission to make collecting fun and is seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join their team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in outbound marketing efforts by designing engaging graphics for various platforms.

Responsibilities
Design and produce compelling graphics and visual materials for a variety of outbound marketing platforms including paid media adverts, social media, and email marketing
Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and implement creative strategies that enhance brand visibility and engagement across digital channels
Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and communicate the intended message effectively
Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, within tight deadlines
Stay updated with the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices
Provide creative input and suggestions to continuously improve the visual aspects of our marketing materials
Qualification
Required
Proven graphic design experience with a strong portfolio
Skills in digital design
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
Excellent visual design skills with attention to detail
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Strong communication and organizational skills
Creative thinking, willingness to push boundaries and explore new design concepts
Preferred
A background in game-based/esports graphic design is a plus but not required
