Responsibilities
Lead daily CMM operations and train, mentor, and support CMM inspectors
Program and maintain advanced inspection routines using Zeiss Calypso
Assign and prioritize inspection work based on production needs
Interpret complex GD&T and engineering drawings
Develop inspection plans for in-process and final inspections
Provide technical guidance on drawing interpretation and quality requirements
Coordinate CMM preventive maintenance
Ensure accurate inspection documentation and reporting
Qualification
Required
8+ years of CMM inspection and programming experience
advanced proficiency with Zeiss CMM / Calypso
strong GD&T knowledge
proven ability to train and mentor technical staff
lead daily CMM operations and train, mentor, and support CMM inspectors
program and maintain advanced inspection routines using Zeiss Calypso
assign and prioritize inspection work based on production needs
