Educational Partner Associate

Barobo, Inc. is a leader in educational robotics for TK-12 students learning mathematics and coding. They are seeking an Educational Partner Associate who will target key school and district decision makers to provide solutions that accelerate student success and develop existing customer relationships.

Responsibilities

Promote Barobo’s products and curriculum to school districts in California and throughout the United States via via email, phone, social media, online meetings, and demos
Provide support for schools and school districts using Barobo curriculum and products
Respond to inquiries from schools and school districts, make recommendations, prepare quotes, and follow up on quotes, orders, and licenses
Provide administrative support to schools and districts for RoboPlay competitions
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, product, and customer support) to ensure client needs are met and exceeded
Perform other related duties as assigned in a team environment

Required

Bachelor's degree in education, business, math, CS, or related field
Experience in K-12 education as a teacher or administrative staff is a plus
Understanding of educational technology, curriculum needs, and challenges facing educational institutions
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
Strong verbal, written, and electronic communication skills, with significant experience making presentations
Experience with Google office suite
Experience with social media platforms
Experience with image and video editing software
Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus
Strong sense of urgency with a bias towards action
Time management and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility and adaptability to change
Located within commuting distance of Barobo's Davis, CA office, or willing to relocate
