Business Development Representative (BDR) — Part-Time (Commission-Based) → Full-Time (Salary + Commission)
AloeVR is a startup focused on creating VR mindfulness experiences for children, particularly those affected by trauma. They are looking for a driven Business Development Representative to help market their product to schools and health clinics, with responsibilities including lead generation and conducting product demos.

Responsibilities
Prospect, qualify, and generate leads across schools, districts, and clinics
Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups with district officials, school administrators, counselors, and clinicians
Schedule and lead discovery calls and product demos
Maintain organized notes and pipeline tracking in CRM
Collaborate with the founder and advisors to shape sales materials and pitch strategies
Represent aloeVR at conferences and industry events (if local or able to travel)
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of sales experience (preferably B2B, EdTech, or mental health products)
Deeply passionate about education, mental health, and social impact
Experience working with or selling to schools, school districts, or health clinics
Strong communicator and relationship-builder
Work independently, manage your own leads, and thrive in ambiguity
Preferred
Already established relationships with schools/school districts
