Responsibilities
Lead Business Development: Drive revenue growth by identifying new opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and strategic partnerships
Cultivate strong, long-term connections with clients, carriers, and key stakeholders to ensure exceptional service and loyalty
Leverage CRM tools to manage leads, track progress, and maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities
Secure competitive rates while balancing profitability and service excellence
Partner with operations teams to ensure seamless execution and on-time delivery
Consistently hit—and surpass—monthly and quarterly sales targets
Qualification
Required
2+ years in sales, ideally within freight brokerage or logistics
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment
