Responsibilities

Manage a group of customers to achieve designated sales target levels
Develop profitable business with new and existing customers
Possess and apply detailed product knowledge as well as thorough knowledge of client's business
Responsible for the direct sales process, aiming at meeting and/or exceeding sales targets
Will introduce new products/services to clients and organize visits to current and potential clients
Submit short and long-range sales plans and prepare sales strategies utilizing available marketing programs to reach nominated targets
Responsible for retaining long-term customer relationships with established clients
Ensure that clients receive high quality customer service
Inform clients of new products and services as they are introduced
Migrate information to appropriate sales representative when clients have additional service needs

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or other relevant field or equivalent experience
2 years of experience in the oilfield industry
Working knowledge of ESP sizing
Excellent customer relations skills including the ability to explain and train
Consistently demonstrate the following competencies: customer focus, time management, priority setting, problem solving, negotiation skills and decision quality
Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to present, persuade, and collaborate
Interact politely and professionally with customers and coworkers
Follow all safety policies and company-wide safety requirements; encourage action assuring safe behavior; confront unsafe behavior and conditions proactively and positively
Work in excess of 8 hours per day and 40 hours per week, as required to meet business needs
Work under general supervision
Computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
Read, write, and speak English fluently
