Know the local market to recruit candidates and attend job fairs and other events for recruiting opportunities
Additionally, we would like this person to help drive new business development for new light industrial clients. While prior sales experience is not required, they should have the drive and motivation to pursue sales opportunities
Qualification
Required
5 years of experience in a light industrial or manufacturing environment
Strong negotiation skills and experience with HR sourcing can enhance team dynamics
Proficiency in using ATS systems
Excellent communication skills are essential for effective collaboration within the team
Ability to engage in cold calling and lead generation activities when necessary for recruitment purposes
Preferred
Familiarity with technical recruiting, talent management, and employee relations is a plus
