Responsibilities
Ability to take direction form the Account Manager, Creative Director and Project Manager
Execute print and website designs that strongly communicate the client's brand and goals
Ability to execute designs in a timely fashion that meet the required specification for the job
Ability to carefully review work to ensure it is as accurate as possible before handing off to the project manager for review prior to client delivery
Assure deadline are met on all projects
Provide design and production support for existing web sites we manage along with updates
Source images in support of online creative
Understand the creative and marketing objectives for each project assigned
Work with digital team to extend and optimize Web functionality, site architecture, user interface and navigation
Produce, optimize and output final Web-ready digital artwork in support of site updates
Maintain absolute accuracy and attention to detail throughout the creative and production process
Must have a flexible approach and a willingness to accept feedback and incorporate it into their designs
Qualification
Required
Sophisticated sense of design/style
Strong design fundamentals (type, image, color)
Ability to translate complex design challenges into clear, customer-friendly experiences
Working understanding of Web best practices
Discerning eye for photo editing, cropping, and compositing
Collaborative, inclusive and flexible team member
Resourceful self-starter who gets things done
Highly organized with extreme attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills required
3+ years Design experience
Proven talent in graphic and interactive design
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Experience with WordPress and comfortability making updates to a website CMS
Experience with creating Digital advertising (e.g., web banners, social media marketing)
Physical advertising (e.g., brochures, catalogs, posters/banners, mailers)
Social media (e.g., post graphics, video reels & clips)
Working knowledge of SEO and Accessibility best practices
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Experience with animation (Adobe After Effects, Photoshop Timeline, Canva)
HTML/CSS knowledge, a plus
Experience with Monday.com or similar project manager, a plus
Graphic design or social media internship experience, a plus
