Bookkeeper/Accountant

Perform monthly bank/credit card settlements
Prepare and examine accounting records and financial statements
Process payroll, pay related payroll taxes, file quarterly and annual payroll tax returns
Prepare sales tax returns; multiple states
Manage multiple clients
Qualification
Required
3-5 years Public Accounting
Payroll tax processing and knowledge
Bookkeeping: 5 years
Ability to Commute: Mesa, AZ 85209
Preferred
Public accounting: 3 years
Payroll: 5 years
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Good organization and communication skills; detail oriented
QuickBooks Desktop and QBO experience a must
