Responsibilities
Providing vision, leadership, and oversight of all human resources services, policies, and programs at Horizon
Ensuring employment law compliance, job classification, compensation and benefits, payroll oversight, HR policy development and implementation, performance management, staff development, organizational culture initiatives, and talent acquisition and retention
Serving as a key advisor to the CEO, executive leadership team, and managers on HR best practices, employment law, risk mitigation, and organizational development
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational development, or a related field
Minimum of 10 years of progressive, professional level HR experience with a strategic, policy-making background
Minimum of 5 years in a leadership position
Preferred
SPHR certification (HRCI)
SHRM-SCP or comparable certification designed for leaders with a strategic, policy-making background
