Responsibilities
Manage monthly close activities, reconciliations, and journal entry review
Oversee core accounting workflows (GL, accruals, AP/AR oversight in partnership with shared services)
Support audit requests, tie-outs, and reporting packages
Improve documentation, controls, and consistent processes across locations
Help drive ERP enhancements and workflow automation with finance systems partners
Coach and develop staff, set expectations, and keep deadlines tight
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance
6+ years progressive accounting experience, with at least 2+ years leading people
ERP experience required (NetSuite, Workday, Oracle, SAP all relevant)
Strong GAAP foundation, detail orientation, and ability to juggle priorities
Preferred
CPA preferred
Healthcare exposure strongly preferred, multi-site is a plus
