Responsibilities
Oversee the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures that support organizational objectives
Manage employee orientation programs to ensure smooth onboarding experiences for new hires
Conduct employee evaluations and provide guidance on performance management processes
Utilize Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) for efficient data management and reporting
Lead talent acquisition efforts, including recruitment, interviewing, and selection processes
Collaborate with management on operational planning initiatives that enhance workforce effectiveness
Supervise HR staff and provide mentorship to ensure professional growth within the team
Promote employee engagement and retention
Maintain compliance with labor laws and regulations while fostering a fair workplace environment
Qualification
Required
Strong knowledge of employee orientation practices and procedures
Proven experience in human resources management and employee evaluation techniques
Familiarity with HRIS systems, particularly UKG platform
Demonstrated talent acquisition skills, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
Effective supervisory skills to lead and develop an HR team successfully
Strong interpersonal communication skills to build relationships across all levels of the organization
Preferred
Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks
