Call and text motivated sellers daily
Follow up consistently until you get a clear yes or no
Qualify seller motivation, timeline, and property details
Set appointments and attend walkthroughs as needed
Analyze deals and run numbers correctly
Present offers confidently and professionally
Negotiate terms and get agreements signed
Keep the pipeline organized and updated in our CRM
Qualification
Required
Full-time availability (40 hours/week minimum)
Reliable transportation and willingness to be in the field
Strong communication and urgency
Comfortable using technology and CRM systems
Preferred
Real estate license not required to start (preferred, not required)
