Customer Service Representatives (Research/Survey)

Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to survey participants using predefined scripts and questionnaires
Collect and document participant responses regarding demographics, preferences, purchasing habits, and market insights
Record, encode, and assess survey data accurately for client reporting
Explain survey objectives and methods to participants clearly and professionally
Verify and resolve inconsistencies in responses to ensure data accuracy
Identify challenges in data collection and escalate issues when necessary
Build rapport with respondents while maintaining professionalism and customer engagement
Handle sensitive participant information with discretion and compliance to data protection policies
Adapt to a flexible schedule (including weekends) based on operational requirements
Support additional research or project-related tasks as needed
Qualification
Required
Call center experience required (customer service or survey-related roles preferred)
Strong English communication skills (verbal and written) with clear, accent-neutral pronunciation
Excellent reading comprehension and ability to follow scripts and interpret responses accurately
Strong customer service skills: empathetic, patient, and professional when interacting with participants
Flexibility to work variable schedules, including weekends, as needed
High level of reliability, professionalism, and attention to detail
Preferred
Prior survey or market research experience (a plus)
