Responsibilities

Serve as the operational architect for high-complexity healthcare accounts, converting brand and clinical strategies into robust, multi-track project roadmaps
Act as a senior-level partner to client stakeholders, providing expert visibility into program health, resource allocation, and proactive risk mitigation
Lead integrated teams across Creative, Strategy, Medical, and Digital to ensure seamless coordination through launch milestones and omnichannel deployment
Oversee the end-to-end MLR (Medical, Legal, Regulatory) submission process, ensuring all deliverables are strictly compliant and accurate
Establish and refine delivery frameworks, milestone maps, and documentation standards that drive agency-wide consistency and scale
Partner with Finance and Account leadership to manage scopes, budgets, and forecasts while diplomatically leading conversations regarding out-of-scope work
Cultivate internal talent by coaching junior project managers and coordinators on delivery best practices

Required

7–12 years of program management or operations experience specifically within a healthcare marketing agency
Demonstrated mastery of pharma/biotech workflows, including deep experience with MLR governance and regulatory compliance
Proven ability to bring structure to ambiguous environments and influence decision-making with senior-level stakeholders
Expert-level discipline regarding integrated timelines, budget tracking, and complex interdependency management
A high-EQ leader who balances accountability with empathy and thrives in a low-ego, fast-paced environment
