This role involves managing and reviewing tax returns, serving as a primary client contact, and mentoring junior team members while ensuring accuracy and timeliness in tax engagements.

Responsibilities
Manage and review federal and state tax returns for individuals, partnerships, S corporations, and C corporations
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing high-quality tax planning and advisory services
Research complex tax issues and communicate recommendations clearly to clients and internal stakeholders
Lead tax engagements from planning through completion, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Supervise, mentor, and review work of senior and staff accountants
Stay current on tax law changes and proactively identify opportunities for clients
Collaborate with leadership on workflow, process improvement, and client strategy
Qualification
Required
2+ years of public accounting tax experience
Strong technical knowledge of U.S. federal and state taxation
Experience managing multiple engagements and deadlines
Excellent communication and client-facing skills
Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop team members
Experience with common tax software and accounting tools
Preferred
CPA license strongly preferred for Seniors/Managers (or actively working toward licensure)
