Experience in delivering excellent Customer Service by implementing effective practices and maintaining high standards
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects and teams efficiently
Preferred
Background in the technology or FinTech industry is a plus
Bachelor's or advanced degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred
