Human Resources Coord (2-year LTA-Long Term Assignment at Global FinTech Firm
AscendHire is a global FinTech firm looking for a detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator for a two-year long-term assignment. The role involves supporting campus and recruiting initiatives, managing logistics for programs and events, and ensuring a seamless recruiting experience.

Responsibilities
Responsible for end-to-end coordination of talent-related programs, including managing logistics, scheduling, communications, and set-up for in-person and virtual events
Engage with a variety of stakeholder groups both inside and outside the firm to facilitate learning, connection, and engagement opportunities
Track participation data, maintain accurate records, collect feedback to inform improvements, and assist with efforts to enhance program design and delivery
Play a key role in ensuring initiatives are executed flawlessly, from planning through post-event follow-up
Collaborate with the firm’s Recruiters and Business Stakeholders to drive the hiring process forward while ensuring a seamless all-around recruiting experience, both internally and externally
Schedule and monitor candidate interviews, prepare reference summaries and materials for hiring meetings, maintain clean data and documentation in our project management systems, and partner with colleagues in the Human Resources Team at large on ad hoc recruiting tasks and projects
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree required in any field of study
One to Three (1-3) years of Professional Experience is required
Solid organizational and project management skills, with keen attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to build relationships across a variety of groups
High level of professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment when handling confidential information
Adaptability, curiosity, and a collaborative approach, with an openness to taking on a variety of tasks and responsibilities
Client-service orientation and an interest in improving processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Keen attention to detail, sound judgment, excellent project management abilities, and proficient facilitation skills are required
Well-developed written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to liaise with members of multiple business units, and the ability to learn quickly, are essential
Successful candidates will exercise the utmost discretion while handling confidential information and excel at working both independently and as part of a team
Preferred
One to Three (1-3) years of Professional Experience in roles involving Multi-tasking, Problem Solving, and Event or Project Coordination is preferred
Experience with multitasking and problem solving in a fast-paced environment is highly preferred
Open to Five (5) Campus Trips per year
