Develop / generate new business and specialize in client acquisition in delivering voluntary benefits that help employees navigate life's financial uncertainties
Facilitating sales meetings and training sessions
Driving B2B employee benefits sales and managing client accounts
Establishing strong connections with business owners, HR professionals, and key decision-makers
Cultivating and sustaining relationships with brokers
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in Sales, Account Management, or Business Development
Strong understanding of Insurance products and services
Facilitating sales meetings and training sessions
Driving B2B employee benefits sales and managing client accounts
Establishing strong connections with business owners, HR professionals, and key decision-makers
Cultivating and sustaining relationships with brokers
Preferred
Experience in B2B sales
Background in insurance sales with an active Life & Accident/Health Insurance License (or willingness to obtain)
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently while inspiring teams
