Sales Development Representative
Loop AI is building an enterprise co-pilot for restaurants focused on delivery solutions. They are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to drive lead generation and prospecting efforts, identifying and qualifying potential customers through various outreach methods.
Responsibilities
Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold-calling, email outreach, and social media engagement, to generate new leads and opportunities
Qualify inbound leads and inquiries to determine fit and level of interest in Loop AI's products and services
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities and manage prospecting activities and follow-up tasks
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop targeted messaging and campaigns to engage prospective customers and drive lead conversion
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Loop AI's products, features, and competitive landscape to effectively communicate value propositions to prospects
Provide regular updates and reports on prospecting activities, lead status, and pipeline metrics to sales management and leadership
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the technology or software industry
Comfortable with cold-calling and outbound prospecting techniques to generate leads and opportunities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with prospects over the phone, email, and other communication channels
Preferred
Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot
