The candidate will support personal injury cases with the oversight of other attorneys in the practice
Responsibilities will include handling client intakes, depositions, drafting and responding to pleadings, evaluating the merits of a personal injury claim, ascertaining experts, providing guidance and counsel to the clients through effective communication, medical review, negotiating, settling, litigating cases, and actively preparing cases for trial under the mentorship of experienced trial attorneys
Associates will be expected to approach each case with a trial-ready mindset
Qualification
Required
NJ Bar Admission required
1-3 years of experience
Fluency in a second language is a plus
Advanced legal analysis and issue-spotting
High-quality legal research and persuasive drafting of pleadings, discovery, and motion practice
Negotiation
