Qualification
Required
Strong experience in micro trenching operations, equipment handling, and maintenance

Ability to read and understand project plans, verify measurements, and perform site inspections
Team collaboration and communication skills to coordinate effectively with colleagues and clients
Problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to on-site challenges

High school diploma or equivalent
Physical ability to perform outdoor labor in various weather conditions
