Technical Recruiter (Engineering, Professional, Trades, & Scientific)

They are seeking a Technical Recruiter to manage the recruiting process, coordinate with sales managers, and maintain candidate databases while ensuring a high degree of employee retention.

Responsibilities
Develop and facilitate all phases of the recruiting process
Coordinate with sales managers to identify and draft detailed job descriptions and hiring criteria
Identify and implement effective recruiting methods based on the job description and industry
Assist with job posting and advertisement to attract potential candidates
Review resumes and applications to qualify potential candidates
Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., job boards, social platforms, and professional networks)
Identifying, qualifying, and presenting candidates in response to current, anticipated, and future client requirements
Develop a strong candidate database or pipeline to respond promptly to client needs
Maintain accurate and timely records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) including uploading resumes, tracking of interviews, submittals, placements, transfers and terminations
Conduct initial screening interview and reference checks, negotiate salary, coordinate client interviews and work with the client, if applicable, to close deals, and conduct follow-up with candidate after decision
Coordinate with Human Resources with on-boarding employees and accurately complete and submit all paperwork required for entry of a new employee into company database
Provide ongoing support to established base of current employees to ensure high degree of employee retention and to drive continuous employee assignments

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics
Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles
Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment
Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
