Coordinating interviews
Providing feedback to candidates

Guiding both candidates and hiring teams through each stage of the process
Tracking and analyzing hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness
Staying informed about labor market trends, competitive compensation data, and evolving recruitment technologies
