Gather subrogation ledgers and communicate with carriers
Obtain medical payment ledgers
Provide treatment status to the insurance adjusters
Follow up, follow up, follow up
Plan documents, mailings, demands documentation, etc etc

Qualification
Required
at least a year in a personal injury law office with specific experience handling auto accident cases
Critical thinking, time management, and organizational skills
Thrives in a high-paced exciting environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and applicable software systems
Transferable medical office or auto insurance office experience
Bilingual: English/Spanish required
