Leading fundraising efforts, including overseeing planned giving, annual giving campaigns, and philanthropy initiatives
Developing budgets and implementing effective fundraising strategies
Managing complex development projects
Collaboration with internal teams to ensure the organization fulfills its mission and objectives while maximizing resources and opportunities
Qualification
Required
Strong experience in Planned Giving and Annual Giving strategies
Proficiency in Budgeting and Project Management
Demonstrated expertise in Philanthropy and developing donor relationships
Exceptional leadership and strategic planning skills
Proven ability to manage large-scale fundraising campaigns and initiatives
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Bachelor's degree in Business, Nonprofit Management, or a related field
Preferred
advanced degree preferred
Experience in the healthcare or nonprofit sector is advantageous
