Law Practice
Responsibilities
Legal research and drafting of memoranda, pleadings, motions, and discovery materials
Assisting attorneys with case strategy development and issue spotting
Reviewing and summarizing medical records, accident reports, and deposition transcripts
Participating in client case preparation and litigation support
Supporting trial preparation and settlement evaluation
Working directly with attorneys, paralegals, and case managers on active matters
Gaining exposure to client communication and the full lifecycle of a personal injury case
Qualification
Required
Completion of at least one year at an accredited law school as of May 2026
Excellent legal research and writing skills
Strong technology and organizational skills with a willingness to learn new systems and processes
Effective interpersonal and communication skills
Demonstrated compassion, self-direction, team orientation, and ability to maintain composure under pressure
