Qualification
Required
Experience in Closings and Escrow processes
Proficiency as a Notary and thorough knowledge of industry protocols
Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on client satisfaction
Familiarity with Residential Real Estate transactions
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of applicable state and federal regulations in title and escrow services
