Responsibilities

Develop and execute data product strategy, roadmap, and delivery

Implement best-in-class reporting and analytics tools (Power BI, QlikView, Cognos)

Work with business stakeholders to define and prioritize data needs

Serve as Product Owner for the Data Engineering team, driving agile delivery

Ensure data quality, security, and governance across solutions

Provide leadership, stakeholder engagement, and project oversight

Partner with security and engineering teams to align data initiatives

Qualification

Required

8+ years in reporting, analytics, or business intelligence (3+ in leadership)

Strong experience with data visualization tools, data warehouses, ETL/ELT, and cloud (AWS, Azure, Databricks)

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field

Preferred

Insurance industry experience preferred

Agile Product Owner certification preferred
