Responsibilities

The attorney will manage a caseload of personal injury matters, including auto accidents, slip and falls, premises liability, and wrongful death cases
Responsibilities include client communication, negotiation with insurance companies and opposing counsel, and representation in court
The attorney will draft and respond to discovery, prepare motions and motion responses, conduct legal research, and collaborate with experts for report drafting and deposition preparation

Required

Candidates must be licensed and in good standing with the Texas State Bar
Strong legal research and writing skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of Texas Rules of Civil Procedure and Evidence are required
Candidates should demonstrate excellent work ethic and the ability to manage a caseload effectively

Preferred

At least three years of pre-suit and litigation experience in personal injury is preferred, but entry-level candidates will be considered
Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred but not required
Attorneys with a portable case load will receive preferential consideration
