Responsibilities
Provides leadership for financial reporting, budget development, and financial analysis for the designated hospital. Acts as a key resource to department heads in preparing and managing the departments' budgets
Manages the budgeting (operating & capital), projection process and performance monitoring for the hospital
Works cooperatively with the facility management to facilitate budget variance analysis and assist with budget and accounting systems questions
Oversees the facility's monthly financial reporting processes and reviews net revenue, expense accruals and the financial statements overall. Ensures that the facility statistics are accurate and maintains a strong working relationship with the consolidated Accounting team
Provides financial analysis to support business development initiatives, major capital purchases, net revenue and expense review and participates in other projects as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelors Other in a related field
Minimum of three (3) years previous finance and accounting experience
Two (2) years of supervisory experience
