The ideal candidate will lead the customization, development, and delivery of EMS solutions, focusing on transmission applications and collaborating with Electric Utilities and ISOs.

Responsibilities
Lead the customization, development, and delivery of EMS solutions, preferably e-terra AEMS – Reliance
Collaborate with Electric Utilities, ISOs (Independent System Operators), and TSOs (Transmission System Operators) to define functional software specifications
Design, code, test, and integrate power systems applications for transmission
Tune and optimize applications for performance and reliability
Ensure successful implementation and delivery of assigned software functions in alignment with corporate project commitments
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5 years of experience in implementing and customizing Energy Management Systems (preferably e-terra AEMS)
Proven experience with Power Systems applications for transmission (e.g., load flow, contingency analysis, power factor)
Strong programming skills in C++, Java, or similar languages
Proficiency in Linux and Windows operating systems
Experience working with Electric Utilities, ISOs, or TSOs
Preferred
Familiarity with Reliance EMS platform
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
