Responsibilities
You will manage the day-to-day operations of the program, overseeing employment services to maintain high quality and consistency in line with policies, procedures, and Service Designs
You will support Direct Support Professionals, serving as a resource for staff addressing concerns about individuals served, and assist in developing proactive, creative supports
You will handle work schedules provide coverage during staff absences, and step in to offer direct care when necessary
Additionally, you will standardize procedures to improve efficiency, assign tasks, and ensure all work aligns with policies and standards
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in social work, human services, or a related field, or equivalent experience or Associates-level degree and at least three years of experience in the developmental disability service delivery system
Must have a valid California driver's license with at least 5 years driving history, a satisfactory driving record, and be eligible for coverage on PathPoint's auto insurance policy
Preferred
Prior leadership or supervisory experience is preferred
