Responsibilities
Perform functional testing of completed products
Verify conformance to all specified requirements
Conduct physical inspection and functional inspection of electrical components
Operate test bays/stations and associated equipment
Troubleshoot and/or repair faulty components
Assess product evaluation against NEC and UL/CSA standards
Review order write ups and operate components
Ensure product quality and work with other areas to verify units meet agency approvals
Other responsibilities as assigned
Use basic hand tools such as ratchets, wrenches, air tools, pliers, wire stripper, torque tools, crimping tools
Use multi-meters
Use hypot-tester
Use leak check equipment
Use computer
Use refrigeration manifold gauges
Qualification
Required
