2026 Winter Spring Paralegal Intern
The Center for Disability & Elder Law (CDEL) is hosting Paralegal Interns for the Winter Spring 2025 term. The Paralegal Intern will engage in a hybrid internship, gaining experience in various practice areas while participating in community clinics and assisting with client files.

Participate in CDEL community clinics, workshops and help desks
Participate in various aspects of client files, including screening, intake and document review
Assistance with CDEL’s community clinics, workshops and help desks
Qualification
Required
Participation in various aspects of client files, including screening, intake and document review
Assistance with CDEL's community clinics, workshops and help desks
Gaining experience in practice areas such as Estate planning, Guardianship, Housing, Collections, Family Law
Developing skills in interviewing candidates for service, document drafting, document review, and administrative matters
Interest in Elder Law, Disability Law, Estate Planning, Public Interest and Housing law
