Director/ExecutiveCast Tours is a specialty travel and live-experience company producing international performance tours that combine music, culture, and iconic destinations. They are seeking an experienced Group Sales Director to help expand their international performance travel programs for youth orchestras and choirs.

Responsibilities
Identify, contact, and build relationships with:
Youth orchestras and choirs
College and university music departments
Regional and community ensembles
Present Cast Tours’ international performance programs to ensemble directors and administrators
Guide groups from initial interest through booking
Collaborate with Cast Tours’ production and operations teams
Maintain accurate lead tracking and follow-up communication
Qualification
Required
Background in music education, ensemble management, group travel, or performing arts sales
Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently
Confident working in a commission-based compensation structure
Passion for music, travel, and creating transformational experiences for young musicians
Preferred
Existing relationships within orchestras, choirs, or academic music programs strongly preferred
