Responsibilities
Part time position, 3 days one week and 2 days the following week
Advanced analytical skills and ability to recognize problems and respond, systematically gather information, sort through complex issues, seek input from others, address root cause of issues, make timely and difficult decisions, use consensus when possible and communicate decisions to others
Responsible for the build, support, testing and implementation efforts related to Epic Grand Central application, with a primary focus on Logistics, Rover, Transfer Center and Bed Planning. A secondary focus on other Grand Central Team applications such as Voalte, Connexall, Cipher and Smart Facility
Serve as a subject matter expert on assigned project teams and department initiatives
Support application upgrades by developing test scripts, conducting testing, and participating in application project go-lives
Utilize advanced application and analytic skills to troubleshoot issues and also design, build, test and implement solutions to meet the needs of the organization
Active participant in on-call rotation
Qualification
Required
Bachelors preferred (will accept minimal 7 years of directly-applicable experience in lieu of degree)
Minimum 7 years of Epic Grand Central Experience
Epic Grand Central Certification
